The product especially used for laminating digital printed materials, specially for digital printing with thicker ink and much silicone oil. Also can be laminated very well on the surface of PVC Film, Advertising Inkjet Film etc.

Special Instruction:

• NEI Super bonding film is suggested to be laminated with the roller temperature range of 85 to 110°C and roller pressure of 10 to 20 Mpa. However, the optimum conditions are depending on the selected laminator’s speed and dimensional stability.
• It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.

Application manually:

1. Adjust roller pressure and temperature according to different types of paper and ink.
2. When using the film for the first time or changing to other sizes,we recommend a small trial volume before going into fully mass lamination.
3. The following situation will affect the quality of the film during lamination.
4. When using metal ink.
5. When the ink contains too much wax,dried oil,adhesive,and silicon additive.etc.
6. When the ink is too thick.
7. When the ink is not completely dry.
8. When the paper contains to much moisture.
9. When there is too much powder.
